An emerging urban café brand is hiring a Head Barista & Operations Lead to combine technical coffee expertise with operational oversight. This is a hybrid leadership role suited for professionals passionate about both craft and business.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead coffee preparation standards and beverage innovation
• Supervise barista team and ensure consistency in product quality
• Oversee daily operations including stock, equipment, and workflow
• Introduce seasonal menus and signature beverages
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control standards

Candidate Profile

• Advanced barista skills (espresso calibration, latte art, brewing methods)
• Experience in café operations or team leadership
• Strong attention to detail and product consistency
