Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a confident, coffee-loving Head Barista to lead the heart of our café. If you enjoy crafting great drinks, guiding a team, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe for every guest, this role could be a perfect fit. You’ll set the tone behind the bar, keeping standards high while making each day feel easy and enjoyable for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the barista team during daily service
• Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks with consistency
• Train new team members and refresh skills across the team
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and equipment care
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barista, with leadership or supervisory exposure
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
• Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality
