Guest Relations Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-driven Guest Relations Officer to become an important part of our hotel team. In this role, you will create memorable experiences by welcoming guests, responding to their needs, and ensuring every stay is comfortable from arrival to departure. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and interactions.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance service quality.
• Ensure the reception and guest areas remain welcoming and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, or a similar hotel role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management systems is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
