Guest Experience Manager

We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead initiatives that create memorable stays for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete guest experience from arrival through departure.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all hotel departments.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor guest reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members on guest service excellence.
• Track guest satisfaction metrics and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, and personalized guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Guest Experience Manager, Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience analyzing guest feedback and implementing service improvement initiatives.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
