Our hotel is looking for a friendly, attentive, and guest-focused Guest Experience Executive to join our team. You will be one of the familiar faces guests can count on, helping create smooth stays, responding to requests, and making every interaction feel personal and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with their needs throughout their stay.
• Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalised service.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel teams to resolve guest needs quickly.
• Follow up on special requests and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
• Gather guest feedback and share useful insights with management.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, celebrations, and special occasions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, front office, or a similar hotel role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional when handling challenging situations.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with hotel systems, email, and basic office software.
• A polished, approachable, and service-minded personality.
