We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel’s front office team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the front office team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure all guest requests, concerns, and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
• Develop staff schedules, monitor attendance, and maintain adequate shift coverage.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to support continuous improvement.
• Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and uphold front office policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Ensure cash handling, billing, and payment processes are accurate and compliant with company procedures.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front office supervisory or management role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
