A well-established hotel is looking for an experienced and service-driven Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support the front office team to achieve excellent performance.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and special requests.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front office employees.
• Monitor room availability and coordinate closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate guest and departmental records.
• Oversee cash handling, billing processes, and front desk financial accuracy.
• Drive initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front office supervisory or management role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sound understanding of reservations, room allocation, and front office procedures.
• Ability to analyse operational reports and make informed decisions.
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
