A well-presented restaurant is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral & Décor Attendant to help maintain an inviting dining atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for design, a passion for floral arrangements, and the ability to ensure decorative elements remain fresh, elegant, and aligned with the restaurant’s standards. Responsibilities

• Create, arrange, and maintain fresh and artificial floral displays throughout the restaurant.
• Set up decorative elements for daily operations, special events, and seasonal occasions.
• Inspect floral arrangements regularly and replace wilted flowers or damaged décor items.
• Ensure dining areas, entrances, and reception spaces remain visually attractive.
• Coordinate with management to implement décor themes and special event requirements.
• Handle flowers, plants, vases, candles, and decorative accessories with care.
• Maintain an inventory of floral supplies, decorative materials, and equipment.
• Assist with table styling and decorative enhancements for private functions.
• Keep storage areas organised and ensure décor items are properly maintained.
• Follow cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral design, event décor, visual merchandising, or a similar role within a restaurant or related environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of flower care, arrangement techniques, and decorative styling.
• Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Capable of lifting and moving decorative materials when required.
