Job Description

A well-established hotel is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral & Décor Attendant to help maintain beautiful floral arrangements and decorative displays throughout the property. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for design, a passion for presentation, and the ability to create welcoming spaces that enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain fresh floral arrangements for guest areas, event spaces, restaurants, and guest rooms.
• Replace flowers and decorative items as needed to ensure displays remain attractive.
• Set up seasonal, festive, and themed decorations throughout the hotel.
• Care for fresh flowers and indoor plants by watering, trimming, and maintaining their appearance.
• Assist with decorating banquet halls and meeting rooms for special events and functions.
• Ensure all decorative items are clean, properly stored, and handled with care.
• Monitor floral and décor inventory and report replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, events, and maintenance teams to ensure displays are completed on schedule.
• Follow safety procedures when using floral tools, ladders, and decorative equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral arrangement, event decoration, interior styling, or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of flower care, arrangement techniques, and decorative styling.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and arrange decorative materials safely.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
