Our hotel is looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Floral & Décor Attendant to help shape beautiful guest experiences through thoughtful floral arrangements and elegant décor setups. Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and arrange fresh flowers for guest rooms, lobbies, events, and special occasions
• Maintain floral displays, ensuring they remain fresh, clean, and visually appealing
• Set up and adjust décor elements for banquets, weddings, conferences, and seasonal themes
• Coordinate with the housekeeping and events teams to align décor with hotel standards
• Monitor floral inventory and assist in ordering flowers, vases, and décor supplies
• Ensure proper care of tools, materials, and storage areas
• Support creative styling ideas for promotions and themed events
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all décor workspaces

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral arrangement, event décor, or hospitality styling is an advantage
• Strong sense of creativity, color coordination, and spatial design
• Ability to work with fresh flowers and understand basic plant care techniques
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs closely
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during events and peak seasons
• Physically fit to handle setup tasks and movement of décor materials
• A positive, service-driven attitude with pride in presentation
