Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Perform safe and engaging flair bartending routines while preparing drinks.
• Interact confidently with guests and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar trends.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and promote featured drinks.
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages promptly.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and verify guest age where required.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Flair Bartender or Bartender with proven flair skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform bottle flipping, juggling, and other flair techniques safely.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixed drinks, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, energetic, and professional personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
