• Process invoices, payments, and supplier accounts promptly.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Track operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Support payroll preparation by verifying employee payment records.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting certification or progress toward one is an advantage.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping, preferably within a restaurant, food service, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
