Job Description

We are looking for a Fast Food Attendant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, preparing quality meals, and creating a positive experience for every customer, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble orders quickly and accurately for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, dining areas, and equipment.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Monitor food quality and report shortages or equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily service goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food outlet, restaurant, café, or similar food service environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Good teamwork skills with a positive and reliable attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.
