• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation, dining, and service areas.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve basic concerns courteously.
• Work efficiently with team members to meet service goals during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food outlet, restaurant, café, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
