• Restock food items, packaging materials, and supplies as needed.
• Assist with food preparation and assembly.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high service standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.
