Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Prepare and package menu items according to established standards.
• Serve orders efficiently while maintaining presentation and quality.
• Keep counters, dining areas, equipment, and service stations clean and organised.
• Monitor food supplies and notify supervisors when stock levels are low.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.
• Assist team members during busy service periods.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food, restaurant, café, or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical and order-handling abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures is preferred.
