We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Restaurant Director to lead the overall strategy, performance, and guest experience of a premium dining establishment. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives on operational excellence, team development, and delivering consistently outstanding service standards. You will oversee all front and back of house operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with brand values. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership presence, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of high-end restaurant service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, service delivery, and hospitality culture
• Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff across all levels
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement standards
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare operational reports for senior management
• Drive staff training programs and continuous service improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior restaurant leadership role, preferably multi-unit or flagship operations
• Strong background in hospitality management, operations, or business administration
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profit and loss accounts
• Deep understanding of fine dining or high-volume restaurant operations
• Ability to manage large teams and develop strong workplace culture
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Familiarity with modern restaurant systems and operational tools
