Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all hotel events including meetings, weddings, banquets, and conferences
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Work closely with food and beverage, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage event timelines, floor plans, and logistics from setup to breakdown
• Supervise event staff and external vendors during functions
• Ensure all events meet quality, safety, and brand standards
• Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback for improvement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or hotel operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Leadership skills with experience supervising teams or vendors
• Proficiency in event management tools or scheduling software is an advantage
