Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Event Manager to join our restaurant team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, coordinating memorable dining experiences, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be the key link between guests, kitchen, and service teams, making sure every celebration, private dinner, or corporate booking feels seamless and well executed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all restaurant events and private bookings
• Meet with clients to understand event needs, preferences, and budgets
• Work closely with kitchen and floor teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Create event timelines, floor plans, and service schedules
• Handle event setup, execution, and post-event review
• Manage vendors and external service providers when required
• Ensure events align with the restaurant’s brand and service standards
• Troubleshoot issues quickly during live events to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or restaurant management
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy event periods
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Basic budgeting and planning knowledge is an advantage
