Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee private dining events, celebrations, and corporate functions.
• Meet with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations.
• Develop event timelines and ensure all preparations are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Coordinate event décor, entertainment, audiovisual needs, and external vendors where required.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
• Monitor event budgets and control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally during events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback to improve future services.
• Promote event packages and build strong relationships with returning clients and business partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Event Coordinator or in event planning within a restaurant, hotel, or related environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and event logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management or booking software.
• Professional appearance and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is an advantage.
