Job Description

A busy and guest-focused hotel is looking for a confident and hands-on Duty Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience. Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest service teams when needed
  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Monitor staff performance and help maintain high hospitality standards
  • Ensure hotel safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures are followed
  • Coordinate shifts and assist with team supervision during busy periods
  • Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to management
  • Respond quickly to emergencies or unexpected situations to maintain guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic administrative and reporting knowledge
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude toward guest service
