A vibrant bar is looking for a creative and highly organized DJ Coordinator to oversee entertainment schedules and deliver memorable music experiences for guests. This role is ideal for someone who understands live entertainment, enjoys working with DJs, and can keep events running smoothly while maintaining an energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DJ schedules, bookings, and performance calendars.
• Communicate with DJs to confirm availability, set times, and event requirements.
• Work closely with management to plan themed nights, live entertainment, and special events.
• Ensure DJs have the equipment and support needed before each performance.
• Monitor entertainment quality and guest feedback to enhance future events.
• Collaborate with the bar team to create engaging experiences that increase guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and performance agreements.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently.
• Assist with promoting upcoming entertainment events through approved marketing channels.
• Ensure entertainment activities comply with venue policies and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating DJs, live entertainment, or events in a bar, nightclub, or entertainment venue.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of music genres, entertainment trends, and event planning.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using scheduling tools and basic computer applications.
