Director of Purchasing

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-driven Director of Purchasing to lead procurement operations within a busy hotel environment. This role is perfect for someone who understands how smart sourcing, strong vendor relationships, and cost control directly impact guest experience and overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all purchasing activities across departments

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices

• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

• Analyze purchasing data to drive cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within hospitality

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

• Financial awareness with budget management experience

• Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team
