Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery across departments
• Lead and support department heads, promoting teamwork and accountability
• Monitor operational standards, guest satisfaction, and service quality
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, revenue performance, and guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance management across operational teams
• Review reports, budgets, and operational goals to support business growth
• Resolve escalated guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations management or senior hospitality leadership
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to oversee multiple departments while maintaining service excellence
• Good understanding of budgeting, operations planning, and customer service standards
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
