Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and online promotions
• Manage the café’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent online presence
• Monitor online reviews, messages, and customer interactions professionally
• Assist with photography, videos, and promotional materials for campaigns and events
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers
• Stay updated on digital trends and suggest fresh ideas to improve visibility and customer reach

Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital trends
• Good writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and online advertising is a plus
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for hospitality, food, coffee culture, or customer engagement is an added advantage
