If you enjoy crafting engaging online content, analyzing campaign performance, and growing brand visibility across digital platforms, this role offers the perfect balance of strategy and creativity. You will be responsible for shaping how the hotel appears across social media, search engines, email campaigns, and online travel platforms. Your work will directly influence guest engagement, bookings, and overall brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote hotel services and offerings
• Manage social media accounts with consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content
• Plan and run online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta
• Monitor website performance and optimize for traffic, conversions, and SEO
• Create email marketing campaigns to attract and retain guests
• Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with the sales and front office teams to align marketing efforts
• Manage online reputation, including reviews and guest feedback responses

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or service industry
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Creative mindset with attention to branding and visual presentation
• Basic knowledge of website management or CMS platforms is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
