Delivery Driver

Our coffee shop is looking for a dependable and courteous Delivery Driver to ensure every order reaches customers quickly, safely, and with care. If you are organized, punctual, and committed to creating a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders accurately and within scheduled timeframes.
• Verify orders before leaving the coffee shop to ensure completeness.
• Handle food and beverages carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delays.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery.
• Collect payments when required and issue receipts where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Assist with simple in-store tasks during quieter delivery periods when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, courier services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of road networks and route planning.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry orders safely.
• Dependable, honest, and punctual.
• Comfortable using GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications.
