Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders promptly while following assigned routes.
• Load, transport, and unload food and beverage orders with care.
• Verify orders before departure to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organised, and in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report vehicle issues, delays, or delivery concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Collect payments when required and accurately return receipts or change.
• Assist with basic café support duties during quieter delivery periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and route planning.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry orders safely.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
