Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders accurately and within scheduled timeframes.
• Load, transport, and unload orders with care to maintain product quality.
• Verify orders before departure to ensure accuracy.
• Provide friendly and professional service during every delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery routes while observing all traffic laws.
• Collect payments when required and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns.
• Communicate with the coffee shop team regarding delivery updates or customer requests.
• Assist with basic packing and order preparation during quieter delivery periods.
• Follow food safety and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and navigation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry delivery items safely.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Comfortable using GPS and mobile delivery applications.
