Job Description

A busy neighborhood coffee shop is looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to help bring freshly prepared coffee, pastries, and light meals to customers with care and speed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in good service, and can represent the brand positively on every trip.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and safely to customers
• Ensure items are handled with care to maintain quality and presentation
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Communicate politely with customers during drop-offs
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition
• Report any delivery issues or delays to the team

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation
• Strong time management and reliability
• Friendly communication and customer service attitude
• Ability to stay organized during multiple deliveries
• Basic understanding of safe driving practices
• Physically fit to handle light to moderate lifting
• Previous delivery or courier experience is an advantage but not required
