Delivery Driver

Job Description

A cozy, fast-moving café is looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to help bring fresh meals, drinks, and treats straight to our customers. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and making people smile with timely deliveries, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Pick up prepared orders from the café and deliver them safely to customers
• Ensure orders are accurate before leaving the café
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with customers during delivery
• Follow assigned routes and deliver orders within expected timeframes
• Keep delivery items secure, clean, and well-presented
• Report any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly
• Maintain basic care of the delivery vehicle or transport method

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively under busy periods
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit enough to handle light to moderate carrying
• Previous delivery or driving experience is an advantage but not required
• Must be trustworthy and safety-conscious at all times
