Delivery Driver

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to join our cafe team. This role is all about making sure our customers receive their orders fresh, accurate, and on time, while representing our brand with a positive attitude on every trip.

Responsibilities

• Pick up food and beverage orders from the cafe and deliver them promptly to customers
• Ensure all orders are complete, properly packed, and handled with care
• Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules efficiently
• Provide excellent customer interaction during drop-offs
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle (bike or car depending on setup)
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor
• Adhere to all road safety rules and cafe delivery standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or courier services is an advantage
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation using maps or GPS
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle
• Strong time management and reliability
• Polite communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
• Basic understanding of food handling hygiene standards
