Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude

• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

• Arrange reservations for dining, transportation, tours, and special events

• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, from simple inquiries to complex arrangements

• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless service

• Assist with luggage guidance and general guest orientation when required

• Manage special requests such as celebrations, VIP amenities, and personalized experiences

• Maintain up to date knowledge of local events, restaurants, and points of interest

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar customer facing role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure

• A calm, solution focused approach to handling guest concerns

• Good knowledge of local attractions, dining spots, and transportation options

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management systems
