Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and personable Concierge to assist guests with requests, recommendations, arrangements, and day-to-day needs. The successful candidate will be organised, attentive, and confident when creating smooth and memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised assistance throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest enquiries about local attractions, dining, transportation, shopping, and entertainment.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, tickets, appointments, and other guest requests.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and operating hours.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nearby attractions and useful guest services.
• Assist with luggage, directions, special requests, and other practical needs when required.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel departments.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, bookings, and arrangements.
• Protect guest privacy and handle personal information responsibly.
• Support special occasions and personalised guest arrangements.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, front desk, customer service, or similar hotel role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and standard office applications.
• Ability to communicate confidently with guests from different backgrounds.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
