Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and serving as a trusted source of local knowledge? We are looking for a professional, resourceful, and guest-focused Concierge to join our hotel team. In this role, you will assist guests with personalized services, provide recommendations, coordinate reservations, and ensure every stay exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Offer information on local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and transportation.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, tours, airport transfers, and other guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Handle special guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with luggage arrangements when required and coordinate with bell services.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events and points of interest.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate issues when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of guest requests and completed services.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reservation platforms is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and hospitality services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office applications.
