Responsibilities

• Assisting senior chefs in preparing ingredients for daily service

• Helping with food storage, labeling, and stock rotation
• Following hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures strictly
• Learning and improving culinary techniques through hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Basic training or experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations
• Genuine passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen under pressure
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices
