Coffee Brewer

Job Description

Step into a space where aroma meets craft. We are looking for a Coffee Brewer who takes pride in creating consistently great coffee, understands the rhythm of a busy café, and enjoys making simple moments special for customers. In this role, you will prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, maintain quality standards, and ensure every cup served reflects care and attention. You will also help keep the workstation clean, support smooth daily operations, and engage politely with customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature
• Operate coffee machines and grinders safely and efficiently
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Handle basic customer orders and provide friendly service
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Assist teammates during busy hours to ensure fast service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or coffee brewer is an advantage
• Basic understanding of coffee preparation methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and improve coffee-making skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork mindset
