Coffee Brewer

There’s something special about the sound of beans grinding, the aroma of fresh espresso, and the calm rhythm of a coffee shop starting its day. We’re looking for a Coffee Brewer who enjoys crafting great drinks and creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Brewing espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees with consistency and care
• Operating coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations throughout the day
• Engaging politely with customers and taking drink orders when needed
• Monitoring coffee quality, temperature, and presentation standards
• Supporting stock management for beans, milk, and café supplies
• Assisting team members during busy hours to keep service smooth

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding or strong interest in coffee brewing techniques
• Ability to learn espresso extraction, milk steaming, and drink recipes
• Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Friendly, calm, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing quality
• Team spirit and willingness to support others
• Prior café or barista experience is an advantage but not required
