Coffee Brewer

There is something quietly special about the first cup of coffee in the morning, and this role is at the heart of that experience. We are looking for a Coffee Brewer who takes pride in consistency, care, and the simple joy of serving great coffee to every guest who walks in.

Responsibilities

• Prepare brewed coffee and specialty batch drinks to standard recipes
• Monitor freshness of coffee batches throughout the day
• Maintain clean brewing stations and equipment
• Refill coffee stations and ensure steady availability during peak hours
• Support baristas with basic drink preparation when needed
• Follow hygiene and safety practices consistently
• Engage politely with customers during service

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of coffee brewing methods or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a strong sense of cleanliness and order
• Passion for coffee culture is a plus
