Cocktail Server

Job Description

We’re looking for a lively, attentive, and guest-focused Cocktail Server to join the team at our vibrant bar. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, have a good sense of timing, and can keep your cool in a fast-paced environment, this role might be a great fit. As a Cocktail Server, you’ll be the link between our bar team and guests, ensuring drinks are delivered promptly, orders are accurate, and every table feels well taken care of. You’ll also help set the tone for a fun, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel relaxed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the bar team
• Serve cocktails and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Engage with guests in a friendly and respectful manner
• Handle billing and process payments when required
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, lounge, or hospitality setting is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy hours
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation is a plus
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and tabs
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
