Responsibilities

• Take drink orders and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages promptly and accurately
• Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and menu knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout shifts
• Coordinate with bartenders to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle payments and process orders correctly
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, lounge, or restaurant is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of cocktails and basic drink preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Friendly personality with a strong sense of customer service
• Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
