Responsibilities

• Present and serve cocktails, beverages, and light bar offerings with accuracy and style
• Engage guests in a friendly, upbeat manner while maintaining attentive service
• Coordinate with bartenders to ensure timely drink delivery and smooth order flow
• Keep tables and service areas neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
• Support payment processing and ensure accurate order tracking
• Maintain awareness of guest preferences to enhance repeat visits and loyalty

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• Prior experience in a bar or fast-paced hospitality environment is an advantage
• Good memory and attention to detail when handling multiple orders
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a polished personal presentation
• Willingness to learn cocktail menus, ingredients, and serving techniques
• Reliability and strong time management skills
