As our Chocolatier, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted chocolates, chocolate-based desserts, and specialty treats that complement our café offerings. Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of handcrafted chocolates, truffles, pralines, and chocolate desserts.
• Temper, mold, decorate, and package chocolate products to a high standard.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal chocolate offerings.
• Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper storage procedures.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and product quality.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of chocolate-making supplies.
• Collaborate with the café team to create specialty menu items and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a similar confectionery role.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decorating techniques.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for artisan chocolate making and continuous learning.
