Job Description

There’s something special about handcrafted chocolate. From delicate truffles to rich chocolate desserts, every creation tells a story. We are looking for a talented Chocolatier to bring creativity, precision, and passion to our café kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of chocolates, truffles, pralines, bonbons, and chocolate-based desserts.
  • Develop new chocolate recipes and seasonal offerings.
  • Temper chocolate using proper techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Decorate and present chocolate products to a high standard.
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stock control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the workspace.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and café team to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards before service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and confectionery techniques.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in product presentation.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Passion for creating high-quality desserts and chocolate products.
