Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Chocolatier to join our café team. If you love crafting chocolates and desserts that delight the senses, this is the perfect opportunity to turn your passion into art.
Responsibilities:

Create, temper, and mold chocolates, truffles, and other confections with precision.

Develop new chocolate recipes and seasonal treats.

Decorate and present products beautifully for display and sale.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in the kitchen.

Collaborate with the café team to pair chocolates with beverages and desserts.

Manage inventory of chocolate ingredients and supplies efficiently.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chocolatier or in artisanal chocolate making.

Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and flavor combinations.

Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and taste.

Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

Passion for desserts and dedication to producing high-quality products.
