Chief Experience Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and guest-focused Chief Experience Officer to shape, elevate, and redefine every moment of the guest journey in our restaurant. This role goes beyond service, it is about crafting unforgettable dining experiences that keep guests coming back and talking about us long after they leave. You will work closely with leadership, kitchen teams, and service staff to ensure consistency, emotional connection, and excellence across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the overall guest experience strategy from entry to exit
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction across dining, service, and ambiance
• Develop service standards that reflect the brand’s identity and values
• Train and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver warm, consistent service
• Handle high-level guest feedback, complaints, and VIP interactions
• Collaborate with chefs and operations to align food presentation with experience goals
• Analyze guest insights, reviews, and behavior trends to improve service delivery
• Introduce creative ideas to enhance atmosphere, personalization, and engagement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, guest relations, or senior restaurant management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
• Deep understanding of customer experience principles in hospitality
• Ability to remain calm and solution-driven in high-pressure situations
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and service storytelling
• Experience working with premium or high-volume dining environments is an advantage
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
