Chief Experience Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Chief Experience Officer to lead the development of an outstanding guest journey while fostering a culture of excellence across every area of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall guest experience.
• Lead customer experience initiatives that strengthen guest loyalty and satisfaction.
• Monitor service standards and ensure consistency across all restaurant operations.
• Analyse guest feedback, reviews, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Design and oversee staff training programmes focused on exceptional customer service.
• Introduce innovative dining experiences, events, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Resolve complex guest concerns professionally and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure brand values and service standards are reflected throughout the restaurant.
• Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations, guest experience management, or a senior customer experience role.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and service excellence principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using customer feedback and operational data to drive improvements.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• High level of professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving capability.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management systems and reporting tools is an advantage.
