A busy café environment is looking for a reliable and observant CCTV Operator to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-monitored space for guests and staff. Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems throughout café operating hours
• Observe activities and report unusual incidents, safety concerns, or suspicious behavior promptly
• Keep accurate records of incidents, observations, and security logs
• Support loss prevention by monitoring customer and staff activity professionally
• Ensure security equipment is functioning properly and report faults when necessary
• Coordinate with management during emergencies or security-related situations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and good observation skills
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to remain focused and alert during shifts
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Basic computer knowledge for monitoring systems and logging reports
• Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally
• Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy attitude
