A thriving restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Manager to oversee catering operations and deliver exceptional events and dining experiences. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys planning, leading teams, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all catering operations, from inquiry to event completion.
• Coordinate menus, staffing, and event logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate partners.
• Prepare budgets, quotations, and event proposals.
• Supervise catering staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant management teams.
• Evaluate event performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in catering management, restaurant management, or event coordination.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and event planning.
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering management software is an advantage.
