Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and process payments accurately
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and issue receipts when needed
• Assist customers with orders and answer basic menu questions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Balance cash register at the start and end of shifts
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service
• Address customer concerns politely and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly attitude with a professional appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
